Vet's Best Mosquito Repellent Spray (8 oz) uses a unique blend of Lemongrass Oil and Geraniol Oil (from Citronella plants) to safely repel mosquitoes. Formula is deet free. Our formulas are independently tested and proven effective at repelling mosquitoes. Can be used directly on dogs and cats 12 weeks or older and people 2 years or older.

Directions for Use

READ ENTIRE LABEL BEFORE EACH USE AND USE ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH LABEL INSTRUCTIONS. SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.

For Dogs 12 Weeks or Older: Shake well. Spray the entire pet, taking care to avoid face, eyes and genitals. Be sure to treat areas frequently targeted by mosquitoes, especially exposed skin such as the stomach. Reapply every two hours or as needed.

My pet licked their coat after applying Vet's Best flea and tick spray to their coat, will they be okay?

While inadvertent ingestion of the product in minimal amounts is not generally a concern, every pet is different with individual sensitivities. Monitor your pet to ensure they are not experiencing any vomiting, diarrhea, seizures, or any other abnormal behavior. If you notice any, please contact your veterinarian right away. 

The average drying time is typically within 30 minutes of application, but may vary depending on ambient conditions, coat type, thickness of coat and the amount applied. This product is not intended for ingestion, and access to licking the product should be prevented until the product has dried.
