All items are returnable for a full merchandise refund within 10 days of receipt. Returned items must be in new/unused condition and we must be notified prior to them being returned. C.O.D. and collect returns will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Report defective or damaged merchandise immediately upon receipt - we will file claims when possible and replace or refund depending on the cause of the defect.
